Central Saanich is made up of 11 neighborhoods including Brentwood Bay, Island View, Keating, Saanichton and Willis Point to name a few. Tucked between the Saanich Inlet and the Haro Strait there are ocean access points everywhere. There is a housing type to suite everyone from condos, townhouse, single family homes to large estate homes on acreages. Central Saanich offers a good blend of rural living with the creature comforts for day to day needs with easy access to Victoria for commuters. With the Brentwood Bay ferry over to Mill Bay this is a favorite method of travel to avoid the drive through Victoria and over the Malahat to let the ferry do the driving so you can enjoy your coffee on the deck getting a good dose of vitamin sea.
