Meet Ilana Pretorius, a key member of the Stieg and Manning Real Estate Team. Her journey into real estate is both inspiring and filled with hands-on experience. It all started 18 years ago when she took on the challenge of renovating a fixer-upper in Northern Manitoba. Fast forward to today, and she’s not only restored several homes but also co-owned a construction business with her husband—all while raising two fantastic kids and earning an accounting degree!

In 2018, Ilana took a leap, leaving the corporate world to pursue her passion for real estate full-time. After one final renovation project and a move to the beautiful Vancouver Island, she joined Pemberton Holmes. Initially, she led the Relocation Division of their Property Management branch, but soon her ambitions expanded.
