I have listed a new property at #8 3560 Hallberg Rd in Nanaimo. See details here

Tall evergreens, a fully fenced yard and a home that just feels easy. This 3 bed, 2 bath manufactured home sits on a pad in Timberlands Manufactured Home Park in Cassidy, a fantastic family-friendly park with no age restrictions and shopping, golf and recreation nearby. It's a rancher, so everything is on one level, primary bedroom included. The kitchen has an eating area and flows right into the living room, so dinner and movie night can happen at the same time. There's a 4 piece bath and a 3 piece bath, laundry inside the home, and a heat pump with central air to keep you comfy all year. Peace of mind too, with a new electrical panel and a new silver label. A bonus flex room gives you space for a hobby, an office or visiting family. Out back, the deck looks over a low maintenance yard with room to garden, play and gather. Driveway parking for 2. Pets welcome. Picture your first holiday season here, with the tree up by the big front windows. Come see how great it is in person.
